The James H. Quillen VAMC has a requirement for a contractor to provide construction services for Project # 621-24-101 Renovate B200 Ground for Bronchoscopy Procedure Room in accordance with the Statement of Work, Project Specifications and Drawings.

The project includes general construction, alterations, authentication type card reader(s)as indicated on the drawings for access control system (PACS), software, licenses, conduits, junction boxes, fire and smoke rated sleeve assemblies, cabling, covers, jacks, terminations, cover plates, labeling, testing and related materials, VLAN connection for monitoring.

NAICS Code 236220 is applicable to this requirement. The Small Business size standard is $45M.

The estimate range of construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00

This requirement will be procured by way of FAR Part 15, as a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process. The evaluation factors and sub-factors under consideration for this requirement will be available upon the solicitation release, which is anticipated to be on or by June 12, 2025.

This requirement is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns under the authority of 38 U.S.C §8127 (d). To be considered for award, Contractors must be registered, and CVE verified in SBA VetCert at https://veterans.certify.sba.gov.
In addition to the requirements as set forth in the solicitation notice (to be issued), the proposed contractor must also be determined responsible in accordance with FAR Part 9. The Contracting Officer will determine responsibility prior to award any award being made.
