Sealed proposals for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and appurtenances necessary to complete the Clearing, Grubbing, and Grassing Project at 301 Joe Tamplin Industrial Boulevard, Macon-Bibb County, will be received by the Macon-Bibb County Industrial Authority at 439 Mulberry Street, Macon, GA 31201 until 3:00 P.M., Wednesday, February 11, 2026.
The Project includes clearing, grubbing, grading, drainage, erosion control, off-site disposal of cleared materials, and grassing of disturbed areas. The Site Work Project will be awarded under one contract.
Proposals will be evaluated for responsiveness and responsibility. The Owner may conduct discussions or award the Contract based on submitted proposals. If only one proposer remains, the Owner may determine the proposal to be most advantageous and award accordingly. Award will be based on Evaluation Factors and weighted scoring outlined in the RFP and Scoring Matrix. The Contract will be awarded to the responsible and responsive proposer whose proposal is determined to be most advantageous to the Owner.

Each proposal must include a Bid Bond equal to 5% of the proposed Contract Amount. The successful proposer must provide Performance and Payment Bonds, each equal to 100% of the Contract Price.
All permits are expected to be obtained prior to proposal receipt. No land acquisition is required. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities or technicalities.
