Description
The objective of this requirement is to engage a Contractor to conduct an Indigenous-centered evaluation of the outcomes of the Tri-agency Setting New Directions strategic plan (2020–present), using an existing mixed methodology framework designed for this purpose. The evaluation will assess performance across three domains: governance, institutional, and community. The Contractor will engage with members of the research community, generate evidence-based findings, conclusions, and actionable recommendations to inform future policy, program design, and implementation related to Indigenous research and research training in Canada.

The estimated contract period will be 21 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2026/07/01.
