Sealed bids for the Barton Business Park Pad Site Development project will be received by the County Commissioners of Allegany County, Cumberland, Maryland, on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at 3:00 P.M., local time, in the Commissioners' Office, Allegany County Office Complex, 701 Kelly Road, Suite 407, Cumberland, Maryland 21502. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud immediately thereafter in Room 230 of the County Office Complex.

Contract Documents may be reviewed electronically at http://alleganygov.org/Bids.aspx . Bidders must purchase the contract documents directly from Allegany County Economic and Community Development to submit a bid for consideration and be registered to receive addenda and notices. A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference for the purpose of  presenting the project requirements, schedule and procedures to prospective bidding contractors will be conducted on Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at 10:00 A.M., in Room 230 of the Allegany County Office Complex, 701 Kelly Road, Cumberland, Maryland.
