The Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), Bureau of Abandoned Mine Reclamation (BAMR) through the Bureau of Procurement, is requesting price bids for the item(s) listed in the Invitation for Bid (IFB) item list section. The bidder must supply a price for all items.

Item Description/Requirements

The DEP Bituminous District Crew requires a new Kubota RTV-X1130 4x4 diesel utility vehicle, as detailed below, or an approved equal. If an approved equal is being proposed, please contact Drew Frydrych to verify the approved equal substitute will be accepted by DEP. The acceptability of a substitute is at DEP's sole discretion.

Ship To/Delivery Location: Department of Environmental Protection, Bureau of Abandoned Mine Reclamation, 310 Industrial Park Road, Ebensburg, PA 15931, ATTN: Tom Davis/Doug Fry/Michael Williams. All costs including shipping/handling shall be included in the unit price bid. All deliveries shall be Free on Board (FOB) destination. No additional costs shall be permitted.

Estimated Quantities and Timing

DEP expects that the Kubota RTV-X1130 4x4 diesel utility vehicle will be ready for DEP within two months of contract award date.

Payment Terms

Payment to the contractor shall be made within approximately 30 business days after invoice receipt at the unit bid price for the quantities supplied.

Award

Award will be made to the responsible responsive bidder based on the lowest total price after credits are applied.

Bidders are required to complete and return the "Reciprocal Limitations Form" electronically attached to the IFB File.
