The previous contract action for this requirement was W50S78-22-A-0003 Aircraft Wash 5 year BPA. The BPA was abruptly closed due to a system transition that did not carry over contracts/BPAs that were awarded in PD2. Due to an urgent and compelling circumstance, a single purchase order was created to continue and cover services for the 2nd quarter (January-March) of fiscal year 2025.
