accessoryonthePickupTruck?Ifso,shouldthecostbeincludedintheunitprice?
Response:Runningboardsarenotpartoftherequiredspecifications.Anyinclusionwillbeconsidered
anoptionalaccessoryatnoadditionalcosttothegovernment.
2. All-Terrain Tires: The specifications reference manufacturer-standard tires. Will all-terrain tires be an
acceptablesubstituteorupgradeinlieuofstandardtiresforthePickupTruck?
Response:Yes.
3. Procoat/BedLiner:Willtheinclusionofaspray-onbedliner(suchasProcoatorequivalent)onthePickup
Truckbeacceptableandincludedintheunitbidprice?
Response:Yes.
4. Decals/VehicleMarkings:Thespecificationsindicatethatvehiclemarkingsshallbeappliedupondelivery.
Please clarify: (a) Will the cost of decals/vehicle markings be included in the unit bid price, or will it be

Response: Yes. Refer to page 48 of the bid form. Window tint for all windows and windshields is
includedaspartofthebidspecificationsandrequirementsinaccordancewith16GCA3209.
7. Decals / Vehicle Markings: Same question as Item 4 above - please clarify whether decal costs are
includedintheunitpriceandwhoisresponsibleforsourcingandapplyingvehiclemarkingsfortheMid-
SizedSUV.
Response: The cost of decals/vehicle markings will be included in the unit price. The bidder will be
responsibleforsourcingandapplyingthedecals.Theusingagencywillprovidethedesign/logo.
8. Drive Type Clarification (AWD / FWD / 4WD): The specifications for the Mid-Sized SUV do not explicitly
statewhetherFront-WheelDrive(FWD),All-WheelDrive(AWD),orFour-WheelDrive(4WD)isrequired.
CouldyoupleaseclarifytherequiredorpreferreddrivetypefortheMid-SizedSUV?
Response: Front-Wheel Drive (FWD) is the minimum acceptable requirement for the Mid-Sized SUV.
AWDor4WDoptionsmaybeofferedasacceptablealternatives.
