Notice is given that on Wednesday December 17, 2025, 2025 at 2:00PM the Metropolitan Council will
receive and publicly open separate sealed quotes for I-35W & Lake Street Station Railing Replacement project,
Project Number 62300, Contract Number 25P147.
The work of this project includes the removal of existing damaged stair railing panels, replacement of
panels, made with durable slatted material, and the production of additional panels for future use as
needed. The location of this work is the I-35W Lake Street Station.

A site visit has been scheduled for: Thursday December 4, 2025, at 1:00PM at the I-35W Lake
Street Metro Transit Station. Attendees should meet in the street-level lobby near the southern entrance
to the station which is on the south side of East Lake Street between Stevens Avenue and 2nd Ave S.
Street. Parking is available on 1st or 3rd Avenue or elsewhere in the surrounding neighborhood.
The Metropolitan Council is only accepting electronic quote packages. All quotes MUST be submitted
through QuestCDN.com. Complete digital project documents are available on-line through QuestCDN. A
Bidder must be a registered Plan Holder on QuestCDN to submit a quote.
