The 410th Supply Chain Management Squadron has the need to procure Joint Service Electronic Combat Systems Tester (JSECST) (National Stock Number (NSN): 5998-01-508-6828, P/N: 37534-47019-10) 6 ea, (NSN): 5998-01-508-8194, P/N: 37534-47360-10) 8 ea, (NSN): 5998-01-640-7207, P/N: 40469-40060-10) 26 ea, (NSN): 5998-01-508-6831, P/N: 40294-47002-10) 7 ea, (NSN): 5998-01-508-6833, P/N: 37534-40060-10) 5 ea for the (JSECST) using Other Than Full and Open Competition as prescribed by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements at this time. A one-time buy firm fixed price (FFP) contract from Large Business, Textron Systems Corporation CAGE 97384 is expected to be awarded. The specific (JSECST) will be used on organizational-level, flightline testing and diagnostics of aircraft electronic combat (EC) systems and associated variants to fulfill mission needs.
