Sealed proposals will be received by the Barrow County Board of Commissioners, Winder, Georgia, for an emergency medical services (EMS) provider.

Proposals will be received in the office of the Barrow County Board of Commissioners, County Clerk¿s Office, at 30 North Broad Street, Winder, Georgia 30680, until 2:00 PM (¿Local time¿), Thursday, February 19, 2026.

Any proposals received after said time and date will not be considered by Owner. Proposals will be opened in the Historic Courthouse Commission Meeting Room at the above address at 2:00 p.m. (Local Time), Thursday, February 19, 2026. All proposals will be evaluated and project will be awarded, if it is awarded, within 60 days of the proposal opening.

Barrow County Fire Department will offer an on-site MANDATORY pre-proposal conference which will be held at the Barrow County Fire Headquarters, Station 6 (Training Room), 222 Pleasant Hill Church Road NE, Winder, GA 30680 on Thursday, February 5, 2026 at 10:00a.m.. Proposers MUST attend to be eligible to submit a Response

Each proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the Owner. The sealed envelopes containing the proposals must be plainly marked with ¿RFQ/P2026-11 Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Provider.¿ If a proposal is forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope containing the proposal must be enclosed in another envelope to the attention of the Owner at the address previously given and also plainly marked as shown above with the applicable RFP number and description.
