Special Instructions

Quotation to include all costs including transportation and delivery charges to FOB destination and all applicable fees and taxes. Quote must be valid for 90 days. No advance deposits.

Bids must include 1) front, side, and back photos, 2) detailed vehicle information showing all included specifications, 3) a statement of the condition of the truck/lift from a certified mechanic, and 4) the contact information for a licensed service provider located on Hawaii Island, preferably in Hilo.

Bids are subject to HRS Section 103-53 which requires a tax clearance from the Hawaii Department of Taxation and the U.S. Internal Revenue Service.
