BMC HELIX IMPLEMENTATION
Description:
Erie County Medical Center Corporation (“ECMCC”), is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide implementation of BMC Helix. ECMCC is currently utilizing Salesforce Remedy System to manage the IT ITSM environment. ECMCC has purchased BMC HELIX to replace the current Remedy System as Remedy will no longer be a supported platform. ECMCC has outgrown the Remedy System and needs to move onto the newest ITSM system, that being BMC Helix.
