Virginia Commonwealth University -VCU
Closing On: 6/5/25 11:00 AM
Time Left: 8 days, 15 hours
The Office of Medical Philanthropy at Virginia Commonwealth University regularly processes a high volume of personalized correspondence, including gift acknowledgments, special occasion cards, event invitation envelopes, tribute cards and memorial messages. These communications are most impactful when handwritten, as handwritten communication fosters stronger constituent relationships and deeper connections with donors. However, obtaining the authorized signatures of designated officials for this significant volume of materials through manual signing has become increasingly time-consuming and resource-intensive, leading to significant delays and inconsistency. Implementing an Auto Pen will allow us to expedite the creation of these personalized, handwritten communications, enhancing donor engagement and ensuring timely updates. This device will ensure signature accuracy through precise replication, boost operational efficiency, and generate significant time savings for our team and leadership.
