The work generally consists of, but is not limited to, the following: removal of existing generator installed within the basement, installation of a new exterior generator on site and installation of a docking station on the exterior wall of the building to meet Code requirements. The trades involved include, but not limited to, the following: demolition, electrical and general trades.
