SIGA Corporate Relations Merchandise

Specifications:
The Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) seeks to engage a vendor for the purchase of corporate relations logoed merchandise for SIGA. All items to SIGA Central Office, see F.O.B address below.

Special Instructions to Bidders:
1. Substitutes may be considered if it meets the minimum requirements and quality as noted in our specifications. Items specified in pricing table above are preferred.
2. Decoration method: please recommend a different decoration method if it is the better option.
3. Vendors may bid on one or more items.
4. The official artwork and SIGA logos will be provided to the successful vendor. See Appendix 2 for sample logo images.
5. A digital “mock-up” of the image/logo placement on the merchandise are required with bid submission. Approved image is not available, for mock-up purchases, just show the allowable size of image.
6. SIGA will obtain and approve all required permission to logo usage for this project, as applicable.
7. Digital proofs must be provided and approved by SIGA prior to production.
8. All setup charges to be included in the spaced provided in the pricing table
9. Price quoted must be in Canadian Dollars and the prices listed above shall be the total cost to SIGA including all, shipping/freight, enviro fees, duties, license costs, fees, insurance and all other charges including applicable taxes as itemized in the chart provided.
10. The pricing listed in the Bid submission shall be valid for 30 days from the submission deadline date.
11. SIGA reserves the right to contact any or all Bidders to clarify their submission.
12. The successful vendor shall provide order confirmation and tracking information.
13. Bidders shall provide the specification sheet and indicate all included features and accessories/ with their bid submission.
