The Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC) is soliciting electronic bids for supplying and delivering custom made shooting range target assemblies:

The above materials are described and specified in the attached bid documents. The materials are to be supplied and delivered to the project site in Reed Township, Dauphin County. The scope of the project includes supplying and delivering the beams to the prepared project site. Bids will be opened electronically in the PGC Division of Contracts and Procurement, 2001 Elmerton Avenue, Harrisburg, PA 17110-9797, on Thursday, January 29, 2026, at 2:00 PM.

When bidding, amount bid should be in dollars and cents-----no fractions of a cent will be accepted.

Questions concerning project specifications and requirements should be directed to Austin Kieffer, PGC Engineering Division at 717-787-4250, ext. 73613. Any questions concerning completion of the electronic bid should be directed to PGC-Contracts and Procurement Division at 717-787-6594.

Attached to the electronic project listing are Terms and Conditions of Project, Conditions for Construction Contracts. One drawing titled “Modular Target Frames” is also attached. These enclosures are part of the bid. All bids must be submitted electronically using the SRM system. Bids must be received by 2:00PM on Thursday, January 29, 2026. A bid guarantee or bond is not required.

The Commonwealth reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive technical defects in bids and to accept or reject any part of the bid deemed in the best interests of the Commonwealth. Except as otherwise provided by law, award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. A Purchase Order will be generated at the time of award without further input from the successful bidder. Awarded vendor will be sent a copy of this document and no work will be authorized until the vendor is in receipt of the Purchase Order.

All vendors who conduct business with the Pennsylvania Game Commission must have a Vendor Number assigned to them to receive payment from the Commonwealth.
