The Waterbury Development Corporation (the “WDC”), acting on the City’s and PAL’s behalf, is seeking proposals (the “Proposal”) from qualified third parties (individually a “Proposer” or “Contractor” and, collectively, “Proposers” or Contractors”) for the construction of the Police Activity League (“PAL”) Splash Pad (the “Project”), located at 32 Grant Street and 9 and 15 Branch Street.
