Request for Proposal for Double Churches Elementary School Upgrade (RFP)

We are seeking a Construction Manager (CM) as Constructor to upgrade an existing school campus. The Project will include all typical construction trades, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, demolition, painting, floor covering, other finishes, as well as ADA compliance work and local ordinance compliance work. The services will consist of cost estimating, constructability analysis and scheduling, and phasing of the work and construction, which may proceed concurrently. The CM will assist the School District and its Architect in finalizing the scheduling and phasing of the work and value engineering of the Project. Substantial completion of Phase 1 shall occur before June 1, 2028. The Work is to be scheduled and phased so that classes can be held while construction is occurring.
