The purpose of this solicitation is to receive responses from qualified respondents to provide crossing guard services in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained herein. Upon the completion of the response review process, the City intends to enter into direct negotiations with the most qualified respondent resulting in a term contract for an initial twenty-four (24) month period. Prior to completion of the initial term of the continuing contract, the City shall have the option to renew the contract for four (4) additional twelve (12) month period(s).
