The purpose of this Amendment 002 is to amend solicitation 36C26125Q0822

as follows:

Offerors who wish to be considered for award must submit new quotes starting on the date Request for Quotations, Amendment 0002, is issued. Any quotes received prior to 11/19/2025 will not be considered.

Submission of your new quote shall be received by Alison Weinstein alison.weinstein@va.gov AND Jose A. Hernandez, at jose.hernandez1@va.gov by 8:00 AM PST, Friday, December 5th, 2025 (12/05/2025).

The Buy American Act applies to this synopsis/solicitation.

The quote must contain a letter/document saying the offeror is an authorized distributor of the item.

1. VAAR 852.219-76 is tailored for this combined synopsis solicitation. Vendors providing quotes shall comply with the detailed instructions in the combined synopsis solicitation dated 11.19.2025 to fill out VAAR 852.219-76, VA Notice of Limitations on Subcontracting, attached to this Amendment 002, and return it with their quote. Offerors that fail to provide the fill-in requirements will be deemed ineligible for evaluation and award.

2. The line items for the combined synopsis solicitation have been clarified, including but not limited to line items 14, and 16, and the combined synopsis solicitation is attached.

3. Submission of your updated quote shall be received by Alison Weinstein alison.weinstein@va.gov AND Jose A. Hernandez, at jose.hernandez1@va.gov by 8:00 AM PST, Friday, December 5th, 2025 (12/05/2025).

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services,” as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04. This solicitation is set-aside for SDVOSB. Offerors must be verified in the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Dynamic Business Search (DSBS) database when the offer is submitted, and if the apparent awardee, prior to award.
