Conducting Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Drinking Water
The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide: drinking water systems assistance for the State of Utah.
It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible vendor with the highest score justified by the procurement code .
Length of Contract: 3 years, with the posibility of 2 1-year nenewals.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for 1 year.
