SUBJECT: ADDENDUM NO. 1
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR TOURIST LODGING SERVICES
Issued: May 12, 2026
The City of Port Hueneme hereby issues this Addendum No. 1 to the Request for
Proposals for Tourist Lodging Services. This Addendum extends the deadline for
submitting questions, extends the proposal submission deadline, and updates the
evaluation period conclusion date.
The RFP is amended as follows:
1. Revised RFP Schedule
All references in the RFP to the deadline for questions, proposal due date, and evaluation
period conclusion date are hereby amended as follows:
Original Deadline for Questions: 3:00 p.m. May 4, 2026
Revised Deadline for Questions: 3:00 p.m. August 21, 2026
Original Proposal Due Date: 3:00 p.m. June 24, 2026
Revised Proposal Due Date: 3:00 p.m. October 1, 2026
Original Evaluation Period Concludes: July 26, 2026
Revised Evaluation Period Concludes: November 6, 2026
Award Contract: To be determined based on proposals
2. Title Page Amendment
The schedule listed on the title page of the RFP is amended to read as follows:
RFP Issued: March 4, 2026
All Questions Must Be Received by: 3:00 p.m. August 21, 2026
Proposal Due by: 3:00 p.m. October 1, 2026
Evaluation Period Concludes: November 6, 2026
Award Contract: To be determined based on proposals
3. Section V, Submittal Requirements Amendment
The proposal deadline in Section V, Submittal Requirements, is amended to read as
follows:

All proposals must be submitted to the City Clerk's Office at 250 N. Ventura Road, Port
Hueneme, CA 93041, by 3:00 p.m. on October 1, 2026. All proposals must be in the format
specified, enclosed in a sealed envelope, and clearly identified with the proposal title,
name of proposer, and date of proposal closure. Responding firms shall be solely
responsible for any expenses incurred in preparing proposals in response to this request.
4. No Other Changes
Except as expressly modified by this Addendum No. 1, all other terms, conditions,
requirements, and provisions of the RFP remain unchanged.
