10. Description: One, U.S. flag, Jones Act compliant, ocean-going certified tug, capable of towing T-EPF FALL RIVER “IAW the U.S. Navy Tow Manual (SL740-AA-MAN-010)”. The period of performance is one voyage.

Place of Contract Performance: The port/place of departure is Naval Base Pearl Harbor, Pearl Harbor, HI (USA), pier location to be determined; and the port/place of destination is Brownsville, TX (USA), pier location to be determined.
