Summary
The purpose of this RFQ is to solicit quotes for American Sign Language services (ASL). The State seeks a contractor(s) to assist the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) provide services when needed to the public who need it during the course of JFS normal business. This Project will cover the whole state and/or seperated by regions. If a suitable single Offeror response is accepted to perform the Work, ODJFS may enter into a contract (the “Contract”) to have the selected Offeror (the “Contractor”) perform all or part of the services. The contract is expected to run upon director or designee signature and expire June 30,2026. There will be an option to renew for two (2) 2-year renewal plus one (1) additional twelve (12) month periods with the final renewal expiring June 30, 2031, contingent upon satisfactory performance, continued availability of funding, and all required approvals. Renewal may be subject to approval by the Controlling Board. |
