Project Description: Hayden Loop 101 Investors LLC is seeking a qualified construction manager at risk (CMAR) contractor to provide construction services for the Water Transmission Main Improvements for Miller Road project (Project). The Project is located on Miller Road under the Loop 101 freeway, and along the north side of the Loop 101 freeway between Miller Road and Claret Drive.
