Real Estate Appraisal Quote - Vinton County

This new round was created to update and include that the tower shall also be considered if submitting a quote.

The Department of Administrative Services (DAS) Office of Real Estate and Planning is soliciting a quote for a real estate appraisal of land and tower located along Tower Ridge Calhoun Road Drive in unincorporated Vinton County, Ohio, parcel number 17-00688.000. Only bids submitted by Ohio Certified General Real Estate Appraisers holding a license accredited by the Ohio Department of Commerce will be considered.  A submission to this solicitation is an acknowledgment by the responder that they are qualified to complete the appraisal assignment.

The appraisal work must be completed and the final appraisal report submitted within 45 days of bid acceptance.
Please be sure to include the state contract number in the contract column of the grid, if applicable.

Completion of the grid is required and will be considered the response for evaluation.

The State Standard Terms and Conditions apply to this solicitation.  No additional terms and conditions will be accepted.

Selection will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible quotes.

DAS may execute a written contract with the awarded supplier.

At its sole discretion, DAS may renew these services for up to three additional one-year term(s) subject to the satisfactory performance of the selected supplier and the needs of the State.
