The City of College Station is soliciting Proposal(s) (RFP’s) from firms who are interested and
qualified to provide Annual Janitorial Services for multiple municipal facilities and the Northgate
District.
It is the intent of the City of College Station to select a single consultant to accomplish all the
services outlined in this Request for Proposal; however, the City reserves the right to make
multiple awards, by section, if it is in the City’s best interest to do so.
