The City of Las Vegas (Owner) hereby invites qualified firms or individuals (Bidders) to submit Bids for park upgrades to include removal and infill of volleyball area, add shade structures, site furnishings, landscaping/irrigation, remove section of sidewalk and add walking trail surface, replace site lighting with LED, remove playground equipment and surface and add new equipment and surface. Ansan Sister City Park is located at 7801 Ducharme Avenue
