Bid Synopsis: This Request for Information (RFI) is the first phase (Phase 1) of a potential competitive procurement approach that seeks to engage the vendor community and experts within the fields of Network Managed Service Providers. The State of Wisconsin (State) as represented by the Department of Administration (DOA) on behalf of its Technology for Educational Achievement (TEACH) program requests information for the provision of Category 1 Data Transmission Services and/or Internet Access as defined by the Universal Services Administration Company (USAC) referred to in this RFI as Network Managed Services (NMS). TEACH customers include eligible public and private K-12 schools which include school head-ends and library systems, libraries, secured juvenile correctional facilities, museums, State residential schools, public and private colleges and universities, and tribal college
