NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The Village of Glendale Heights is accepting sealed proposals/bids from qualified printers for printing
services for the 2026/2027 Community Newsletter and the Senior Center Activity Guide to be
distributed to the Village Residents, Glendale Heights, Illinois.
Bids are due and will be opened and read aloud on Monday, September 21, 2026, at 11:00 A.M., Local
Time, at the Village Hall, 300 Civic Center Plaza, Glendale Heights Il.
Interested bidders can obtain and review the bidding documents and specifications for said services at the
Finance Department, 300 Civic Center Plaza, Glendale Heights, during regular business hours.
Bids shall only be withdrawn with written consent of the President and Board of Trustees of Glendale
Heights. The Village of Glendale Heights reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any
informality in the bidding.
