Project Description: The purpose of this Request for Bid (RFB) process is to enter a contract with a qualified contractor (“Vendor”) to obtain licensed and insured Manhole Lining installation services for the District. The work to be performed consists of furnishing and installing the equipment, facilities, services, and appurtenances thereto as included in the Contract Documents.
