Synopsis:

|
This project involves comprehensive assessing, testing, engineering design and project management services for building envelope systems, fall protection systems, and roof systems across SIGA’s Seven (7) Casinos. The scope also includes roof system annual assessments, warranty inspections, preventative maintenance and roof layout drawing updates for any of SIGA’s seven casinos. SIGA will engage the successful Proponent through a Master Service Agreement for the entire scope of the request for proposal
