Project Description: Salt Lake County, on behalf of the Division of Facilities Management, is soliciting proposals from qualified Controls Contractors (CC) to provide Alerton Controls, Johnson Controls, and Niagara Control platform controls, programming, repairs, solution consulting, and coordination with commissioning agents for commissioning and re-commissioning (Project).
It’s the intent of the County to create a pool of 3-5 of the most qualified CCs to be utilized on Projects on an as-needed basis.
