2. The Technical Data Package (TDP) for this solicitation resides on SAM.gov associated with this solicitation number: W912CH-25-Q-0062.

3. Packaging requirements are in accordance with Section D - PACKAGING AND MARKING, D.001 PACKAGING REQUIREMENTS.

4. The contractor is authorized to ship deliveries early at no additional cost to the Government.

5. Interested Offerors shall submit a proposal via email to the Contract Specialist (lyndsey.m.pena.civ@army.mil) and cc the

corresponding Contracting Officer (katherine.e.macfarland.civ@army.mil) with the subject header: Proposal Submission - W912CH-25-Q-0062 (company name). Once a proposal is received, the Contract Specialist/Contracting Officer will reply with the respective Offeror stating receipt of proposal submission.

6. Please confirm receipt of narrative C.002 Product Engineering Exceptions in SECTION C of the solicitation to acknowledge that your offer will be submitted based on the TDP language incorporated in the narrative.
