The City of San Marcos is currently under contract with United Healthcare until expiration on December 31, 2026. The City has worked with its benefit consultant, Holmes Murphy, to develop the scope of services and specifications for medical, pharmacy, COBRA, dental, FSA, and retiree billing administration services which will be provided by the successful Respondent. This RFP outlines the scope of services and responsibilities for a new contract.
