The objective of this work effort is to engage the services of a Subcontractor who shall have the capability to self-perform and provide all personnel, labor, management, tools, equipment, and services necessary to ensure that preventive maintenance, inspections and repairs for all NREL elevators are performed at NREL facilities. The Subcontractor shall ensure that all objectives outlined in the attached Appendix A – Statement of Work are met in a timely and professional manner. The subcontractor is expected to perform the duties and requirements outlined in this Statement of Work (SOW) without manufacturer proprietary restrictions.
