DAS INDEPENDENT BENEFITS AUDITING SERVICES

The Contractor will perform audits as defined in the scope of work at the Agency’s request. These audits will include annual audits of the Agency’s benefit program TPAs and as needed ad hoc audits. The types of audits the Contractor must perform for the Agency are implementation, discount, claim, and operational assessment audits. The Contractor must conduct all audits independently, timely and on or before due dates set by the Agency.  The Contractor must adhere to the applicable provisions of the contracts  between the Agency and the TPAs, including calculation methodology for applicable audits to complete this Work.

The audits outlined in this RFP are not guaranteed to occur every year. The Agency will determine which audits it needs and when it wants the audits.
