The City of Wilsonville, Oregon (“City”) is requesting Proposals in order to select a qualified vendor to provide one (1) Mobile EV charger. Interested vendors (“Proposers”) are invited to demonstrate their experience and qualifications in performing work directly related to the services required by responding to this Request for Proposals (RFP).

The City owns and operates three (3) battery electric buses. These vehicles are routinely charged through depot chargers installed at the transit yard. The existing chargers are not supported by a backup generator. We wish to purchase a charging unit to be deployed in the event of a power outage, or other interruption of charging availability. We are looking for rechargeable energy storage which can then be used to charge vehicles, in the absence of an operational depot charger. The vendor is responsible for delivery of the equipment as specified, including verification of compatibility with existing charging equipment.

Request for Proposal (RFP) documents may be obtained electronically on the City website ( www.ci.wilsonville.or.us ) under “Doing Business” by clicking on “Bids and RFPs.” The City of Wilsonville shall not be held responsible for the delivery of the documents. Contact Scott Simonton at simonton@ci.wilsonville.or.us , or by phone at (503)570-1541 to obtain RFP documents by mail.
