Managed Security Services Provider

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to invite prospective vendors to submit a proposal to supply a Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) to The University of Lethbridge. The University is looking for a partner who is very familiar with post-secondary education institutions to be our managed security services provider. We are looking to extend our internal teams’ capabilities around monitoring our environment for signs of compromise. Our staff work regular business hours, so 24/7 monitoring and after-hours remediation of known/basic incidents are required.

A Signed NDA is required to participate in this RFP. The NDA can be downloaded from the Euna Procurment Portal.

All submissions will only be accepted through the Euna Procurement (Bonfire) Interactive Portal. Submission information can be downloaded from this posting.

Vendors are to submit any additional inquiries by this deadline if they have any after the August 7 Inquiry/Information Meeting

This meeting is part of the Inquiry process where interested vendors who have signed then NDA are able to attend the meeting and bring questions to the UofL.

2.3.        Inquiry/Information Meeting
An inquiry/information meeting may be hosted by the University Representative to discuss the University’s requirements under this RFP (the “Information Meeting”). While attendance is at the discretion of the Respondent, Respondents who do not attend will be deemed to have attended the Information Meeting and to have received all of the information given at the Information Meeting
