Notice of Award: Satellite Processing and Integration Facility Support

Notice posted in accordance with FAR 6.305: Pursuant to authority of FAR 6.302-1:

The Space Development Agency (SDA) has awarded a sole source, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to Space X (CAGE 9ADW9), for a satellite processing and integration facility to accommodate up to 21 satellites per plane and associated dispenser hardware. This facility will support post-transport functional testing as required, satellite mechanical and electrical mates to the dispenser hardware, and integrated payload stack encapsulation.

The contract period of performance will be 315 days from the date of the award.

This contract was awarded under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, 10 U.S.C. 3204 (a)(1).
