A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on 07/17/25 at the project/construction site (1200 Prison Road, Lovelock, Nevada 89419, Entry gate house.) All Prime Contractors (Bidders) are required to attend the pre-bid meeting in order to be eligible to submit a bid. All major subcontractors are strongly encouraged to attend.

Replace existing direct digital control system at the Lovelock Correctional Center. (SPWD Project No. 23-M35) Replace existing direct digital control system at the Lovelock Correctional Center. (SPWD Project No. 23-M48) Contract Time: 325 calendar days. Liquidated Damages: $2,200.00 per day. Prevailing Wages must be paid on this project. |

| Additional Description: | Every person planning to attend the pre-bid meeting must obtain a security clearance in order to enter prison property. All attendees must complete and submit the ‘NDOC Contractor Background Check Application’ and the ‘NDOC Security Regulations Acknowledgment Form’ a minimum of 7 days prior to the pre-bid meeting date. See Supplemental Instructions to Bidders for security clearance details. |
