NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed proposals will be received by the Purchasing Division of the City of High Point, North
Carolina, located in the Municipal Operations Center, Warehouse Building at 816 East
Green Drive, High Point, NC, until 2:30 PM on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at which date and
time they will be opened and publicly read for the following:

The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, as may, in the
judgment of the Council of the City of High Point, serve its best interest, and to waive
irregularities and informalities in any bid submitted.
No Bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time of receipt of bids for a period of
sixty (60) days.
