The Housing Authority of the City of Hartford (HACH) is seeking sealed bids for the following project: RFP #1207 Betty Knox Apartments – First Floor Domestic Supply Piping Replacement. Bid Opening date is May 14, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. at the Housing Authority of the City of Hartford, 180 John D. Wardlaw Way, Hartford, CT 06106. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. A pre-bid walk through for all bidders will be on April 27, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. at the project site(s), 141 Woodland Street, Hartford, CT 06105.
