Title: Pierce and St Croix County Floodplain Survey

Bid Synopsis: The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (WDNR) on behalf of Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is seeking qualified vendors (bidders) to conduct floodplain survey on selected streams within Pierce and St. Croix Counties in Northwestern Wisconsin.
The stream reaches include 138.6 combined linear miles of waterways in Pierce (33.5) and St. Croix (105.1) Counties. These reaches will have 803 combined (363 Pierce, 440 St. Croix) cross sections and 156 combined (Pierce 72, St. Croix 84) structures (culverts/bridges/dams). These cross section locations and structures have already been identified and are provided in an ESRI shapefile. Survey will need to be collected in channel for all cross sections as well as specific measurements for all structures. The work shall be completed in accordance with the “Guidelines and Specifications for Flood Hazard Mapping Partners” and Procedural Memorandums.
