The West Virginia Lottery is soliciting an Expression(s) of Interest ("EOI" or "Bids") from qualified firms to provide architectural/engineering services ("Vendors") as defined herein.
The mission or purpose of the project for which bids are being solicited is to provide professional Architectural/Engineering services for assessment, planning, designs, and oversight for a method of correction for water pooling on the 2nd floor roof of the WV Lottery Headquarters Building located at 900 Pennsylvania Ave, Charleston WV 25302 per the attached documentation.
