Scratch-Off Lottery Ticket Products and Services

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from Offerors to provide scratch-off ticket products and related services for the Ohio Lottery Commission (Agency).

The Agency desires to obtain one or more Contractor(s) to provide the expertise, services and supplies necessary to assist the Agency in the design and implementation of the scratch-off product line, marketing services and expertise to develop innovative and creative products, research services, related licensing agreements, delivery services to a designated warehouse, portfolio management, warehouse, inside sales and distribution that meets the requirements of and for the benefit of the Agency.
