Description
SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE This is a Sources Sought notice is being issued for market research purposes to determine the availability, capability, and interest of firms for a potential Government requirement. ***NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE*** Requests for a solicitation will go unanswered. No award will be made from this Notice. Responses will be used to determine potential acquisition strategies, understand current market capabilities, and to gain knowledge of potential sources. GENERAL SCOPE The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Southwestern Division, Middle East District (SWM) anticipates a potential requirement for a seven-year Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) to support the pre-design activities and 100% design solution supporting the development of secure facilities that are ICD-705 compliant at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar. These requirements stem from the Air Force Central Command (AFCENT) and the Al Udeid Air Base 2040 Strategic Master Plan. PLEASE SEE PDF ATTACHMENTS IN PIEE FOR DETAILS.
