MFRC A/V Upgrade

The Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC/PZIOA) at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, is issuing a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for a turnkey commercial Audio/Visual and Video Teleconferencing (AV/VTC) system upgrade for the Military & Family Readiness Center (Building B6001).

This requirement includes the de-installation of legacy AV equipment and the procurement, installation, custom room-combining control programming, testing, training, and 3-year extended warranty support for a modernized AV system across three (3) divisible classrooms.

This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. To be eligible for award, vendors must maintain an active registration in SAM.gov under NAICS Code 334310 (Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing). All work must be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (Attachment 2 - PWS AV Upgrade 9 Apr 26) attached to this combined synopsis/solicitation.

Instructions to offerors and evaluation criteria are set forth in Attachment 1 - Combo Synopsis-Solicitation v.3 16 Sept 26 MFRC AV Upgrade.

The solicitation has been amendmed to adjust Attachment 1 - Combo Synopsis-Solicitation v.3 16 Sept 26 MFRC AV Upgrade to align with Attachment 2 - PWS AV Upgrade 9 Apr 26. Additionally, a clerical error was fixed by updating the solicitation's NAICS code from 541512 - Computer Systems Design Services to 334310 - Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing as this NAICS better aligns with the Government's needs. As a result of this amendment, the proposal submission deadline is extended from 18 Sept 2026 to 21 Sept 2026 16:00 CDT. A Q&A has also been posted with photos of the space and equipment.
