Description:
Contractor agrees to provide, on an annually pre-approved replacement plan (the Plans), all labor, equipment, tools, traffic control, permits, travel, and incidentals necessary for the installation/replacement, removal, and legal disposal of the Gazex® Remote Avalanche Control (RAC) system located in Caltrans Districts 3 and 10 in mountainous terrain. Helicopter assisted construction techniques are required.
