Competitive Sealed proposals will be received at Keller Town Hall Information Desk, 1100 Bear Creek Pkwy, Keller, Texas 76248 until 2:00p. (local time), Wednesday, August 27th, 2025, for a contract to furnish all labor, materials and equipment to perform work for the following:

Water System Capital Improvement – Phase 3
Proposal Documents and specifications may be examined without charge at Keller Town Hall, 1100 Bear Creek Parkway, Keller, TX 76248. The plans, specifications, quantities, pre-bid time and date, and other information are available on www.civcastusa.com. Printed copies of the Documents may be purchased at the website for the cost of printing. Documents may be downloaded from www.civcastusa.com. It is the responsibility of the interested party to print the Proposal Documents.
A Non-Mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Wednesday, August 20th, 2025 at 2:00 PM at Keller Town Hall, Room 106, 1100 Bear Creek Pkwy, Keller, TX.
